Geology 625K

The 1:625 000-scale geological maps provide UK onshore geological data at 1:625 000 scale (BGS Geology 625K) and UK continental shelf sea-bed sediment data at 1:1 million scale.

Layers for onshore bedrock age, lithology and lithostratigraphy, superficial lithology and lithostratigraphy, and UK continental shelf sea-bed sediments are included in the service.

This service is included in the OneGeology project’s data portal and is also made available as a free download.
