The 1:625 000-scale geological maps provide UK onshore geological data (BGS Geology 625K) and UK continental shelf seabed sediment data at 1:1 million scale.

Layers for onshore bedrock age, lithology and lithostratigraphy, superficial lithology and lithostratigraphy, and UK continental shelf seabed sediments are included in the service.

This service is included in the OneGeology project’s data portal and is also made available as a free download.
