The Senior Management Board is the main management decision-making body of the BGS.
Systematic geochemical sampling and analysis of rural stream sediment, stream water and soil samples was carried out across the UK by BGS and GSNI.
BGS has supported the creation of a new modelling platform to aid research workflows around ash dispersion simulation.
BGS is currently working across NERC/UKRI and with all its partners to understand the impact on our current ODA funded projects.
