Summary
Joanne Wilson started her career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has worked for the Hess Corporation and, from 2003–2017, in various senior finance positions in the Royal Dutch Shell group of companies where she was VP corporate and UK country controller before joining AstraZeneca in 2018. She joined AngloAmerican in 2020. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and has a degree in mathematics from Oxford University.
