On behalf of the British Geological Survey (BGS), you are invited join us for a conversation around our new strategy, “Understanding our Earth”.
On Tuesday 23 May at 10am, BGS Director, Dr Karen Hanghøj will share an overview of our new strategy, demonstrating the fundamental role geology plays in society. Karen will be joined by senior representatives from across our science areas as we open up the conversation and take questions from attendees.
Our new strategy focuses on four scientific priorities: securing the energy transition, improving water security, living with geological hazards and maps and models for the 21st Century.
