The British Geological Survey University Funding Initiative (BUFI) supports numerous PhD students through funding and/or supervision. Below is a list of ISI publications arising from these collaborations. To date we have over 470 papers co-authored by BUFI PhD researchers and BGS staff. To date our student cohort has an H-index of 47, equivalent to a high-ranking professor! Each paper has an average of 19 citations with our top paper having 331 citations.
From 2011 up to June 2021, our students co-authored over 380 publications which are listed below. You can view the abstracts of these publications online and in some cases the full article will be available to view on line by following the DOI link. BUFI students are highlighted in bold and italics and British Geological Survey supervisors are highlighted in bold.
