Use these grain size cards in your observations of sedimentary rocks. You can use them for hand specimens at home or in the classroom, or on rock outcrops outdoors.
If you are a beginner geologist, or using these in a KS2 classroom, we would recommend starting with the ‘bite size’ card.
We recommend printing on card or heavyweight paper, and cutting them to size.
Please note, laminating these cards may cause them to shrink slightly.
