BGS research ethics and research integrity policy

About BGS

The BGS research ethics and research integrity policy sets out our commitment to good practice in relation to research ethics and research integrity. The policy will ensure that all our research is conducted in a manner that respects the dignity, rights and welfare of all those involved in, or affected by, our research or research-related activities (whether they are participants, third parties or BGS researchers). All BGS staff are expected to adhere to high standards of integrity and ethics.

Implementation of the policy in BGS will be overseen by a Research Ethics Committee (REC), which reports to the Senior Management Board. Any enquiries may be directed to the Chair.
