An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Engineer based in the BGS Service Desk & Desktop Team which sits within the BGS IT, Security and Application Development function. This is a new post and comes as part of a dynamic reorganisation and expansion of our IT resources and IT business priorities.
The Service Desk plays a vital role in providing day to day IT support to all BGS staff, enabling them to work effectively, efficiently and meet their strategic objectives. It is also the front door into many of the IT services BGS provides.
