Coastal safety: warning signs

The people on the beach behind the windbreak have walked right past the warning sign and still set up camp under the steep cliffs.  Did they pay attention or understand what the warning signs were telling them?

The people walking with the umbrella haven’t noticed the warning signs at all.  Where will they sit?

The hikers with the dog at the top of the picture have noticed the warning sign.  They have read the information about the cliff top walk, put their dog on a lead and are paying attention to the information.  They have chosen not to walk under the cliffs as the beach has been cut off by the landslide and read that they should not climb over landslide debris.
