Definition of Upper Boundary: Sharp to transitional with thinly bedded feldspathic and micaceous psammites of the Creag Meagaidh Psammite Formation

Geographical Limits: South-western Monadhliath Highlands, Glen Roy - Glen Banchor, and Adverikie and Ben Alder Forest areas.
