BGS is co-organising a symposium on mine water geothermal energy, in association with IEA Geothermal<\/a> and BEIS.  Registration is free and there are 400 spaces available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 1 – Wednesday 10 March<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first day will cover mine water heat and decarbonisation, and experiences of UK mine water heating\/cooling schemes followed by a discussion panel and questions. Speakers include David Banks (Holymoor Consultancy Ltd. & University of Glasgow) and Gareth Farr (BGS). <\/p>\n\n\n
