{"id":58769,"date":"2022-08-03T14:44:09","date_gmt":"2022-08-03T14:44:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bgs.ac.uk\/?p=58769"},"modified":"2022-09-21T12:39:11","modified_gmt":"2022-09-21T12:39:11","slug":"geoscour-dataset-launch-event","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bgs.ac.uk\/news\/geoscour-dataset-launch-event\/","title":{"rendered":"GeoScour dataset launch event"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section class=\"wp-block-bgs-blocks-content-container content-section\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12\">\n<p>BGS GeoScour Open datasets provide a generalised overview of the natural characteristics and properties of catchment and riverine environments for the assessment of river scour in Great Britain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve brought together research experts and product development experts to provide an introductory overview of our two new datasets, which comprise of two different tiers of geographical information system (GIS) data containing seven different data layers.
