Rachel has been involved with the project since 2016 from the initial stages of requirements gathering through to land acquisition, design and construction and benefit realisation.<\/p>\n<p>Rachel has a PhD in hydrogeology and in previous roles has worked in research and in project management and development of geoscience data products and data delivery software.
