These include the GeoScenic photograph archive, photographs of hydrocarbon well cores and petrological thin section images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Terms of use<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The borehole core photographs and thin section images are delivered under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgs.ac.uk\/bgs-intellectual-property-rights\/open-government-licence\/\">Open Government Licence<\/a>, subject to the following acknowledgement accompanying the reproduced BGS materials: &#8220;<strong>Contains British Geological Survey materials \u00a9 UKRI [year]<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/geoscenic.bgs.ac.uk\/asset-bank\/action\/viewHome\">GeoScenic<\/a> images are delivered free for non-commercial use; use this material for private study, research and educational activities.
