Dataset abstract Data from the PhD Thesis "Thermo-mechanical loading of intact rock and discontinuities" by J Woodman. This data includes raw logged .csv data files of multi-stage triaxial compression testing on discontinuous specimens of Thornhill Rock, at a confining pressure of 5 MPa. Two different multi-stage methods are presented with differing boundary conditions whilst heating specimens to 50°C, 75°C and 100°C.
