Lithological Description: Mixed limestone and semipelite with pelites and calc-silicate rocks; strongly banded in main part, with limestone dominating in uppermost part.
Definition of Lower Boundary: At top of Allt Dregnie Phyllite Member where micaceous psammites, phyllites and semipelites give way to banded limestones and semipelites.
Definition of Upper Boundary: At base of Kylnadrochit Semipelite Member where limestone becomes very subordinate to semipelite.
Thickness: c. 225m in Glen Suie, including any thickening due to folding etc.
Geographical Limits: Braes of Glenlivet, Glen Suie.
