Conformably overlain by Glen Dye Silts Formation or Lochton Sand and Gravel Formation; otherwise unconformably overlain by Flandrian deposits, or at the ground surface. |
Thickness: |
Very variable, generally 2 to 5m, over 8m proved in some sections |
