BGS \u00a9 UKRI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groundwater level forecasting <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BGS produces a monthly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgs.ac.uk\/geology-projects\/environmental-modelling\/groundwater-level-forecasting\/\">forecast of groundwater levels<\/a> that covers most of the principal aquifers in the UK for either one or three months into the future.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groundwater resources in the UK<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Groundwater is a vital resource across the UK, supporting public and private water supply, agriculture, industry and the environment. &nbsp;BGS provides a wide range of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgs.ac.uk\/groundwater\/data\/\">groundwater datasets and information products<\/a>&nbsp;, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgs.ac.uk\/datasets\/hydrogeology-625k\/\">1:625\u202f000 Hydrogeology Map of the UK<\/a>.
