Hi, I am Séverine. French University-trained Geologist with an M.Sc. in Geology and Environment and a Postgraduate Specialisation in Geomatics, I have a strong interest and willingness to combine both Geosciences and Geomatics. I worked for over 2 years in England and overseas (mostly western-Africa) as a GIS professional in different sectors such as housing development, agriculture, environment, water management and climate change resilience. I am now part of the GeoAnalytics and Modelling Directorate at the BGS Keyworth and work as a Geospatial Data Analyst in the Hazard and Resilience Modelling team. I excel in manipulating and analysing a various range of geospatial data to valorise information, develop geospatial decision support tools and create new geospatial deliverables answering specific geoscientific or environmental needs.
