Biography

• BSc (Hons) Biochemistry &mdash University of Bath
• MA Scientific Methods in Archaeology — University of Bradford

Specialism

• Responsible for preparing samples and carrying out Strontium, Neodymium, Hafnium and Lead chemistry
• Running samples on the TIMSD and PIMMS mass-spectrometers
• Training and supervising students and visitors in isotope analysis
• Assisting in trouble-shooting electronic, mechanical and software problems and executing minor repairs
• Laboratory support for U-series work
• Support for stable isotope archaeological projects e.g. CN collagen analysis
