Photographs of the end of July 2007 flooding taken during a specially chartered flight over Gloucester and Tewkesbury, compared with BGS data: Geological Indicators of Flooding. Images show a close correlation between the geological dataset and flooding at Mythe Water Treatment Works and Tewkesbury Abbey. Photographs were also taken of the Oxford area.
