Geophysical CDs

The CDs of this series aim to provide a new overview of the subsurface geological structure of the country based primarily on data from the national gravity and aeromagnetic surveys.

Each CD includes:

  • an extensive library of geophysical images
  • information on the data sources, including rock physical properties
  • data analysis (anomaly and lineament identification, deconvolution)
  • models (2.5D whole-crustal sections, 3D models)

In common with World Wide Web pages, the guides are written in Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and are viewed using a web browser.
