Terms and conditions for trial use of DigBath250
sample dataset
- The DigBath250 sample dataset is made available to you, the trial
licensee, solely for evaluation for a trial period of 30 consecutive
days from the date you download it.
- The DigBath250 sample dataset may not be assigned, rented, lent
or otherwise transferred.
- No part of the DigBath250 sample dataset may be sold, whether
on its own or as part of a value-added commercial product.
- The copyright and database right in the DigBath250 sample dataset
remains vested in the copyright and database right owners. They
may not be published or transferred to any other party, whether
in whole or in part.
- Your use of the DigBath250 sample dataset provided by the British
Geological Survey (BGS) or its licensors (including UKHO) is at
your own risk.
- The DigBath250 sample dataset is not to be used for navigation.
- BGS gives no warranty as to the quality or accuracy of the DigBath250
sample dataset or the medium on which it is provided or its suitability
for any use. All implied conditions relating to the quality or
suitability of the datasets and the medium, and all liabilities
arising from the supply of the datasets (including any liability
arising in negligence) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted
by law.
- BGS accepts no liability for any loss or damage which may be
caused by the condition of the downloaded file in which the DigBath250
sample dataset is provided to you, and you are expected to operate
suitable anti-virus software before loading it into your computer
system.
- At the end of the trial period of 30 consecutive days the trial
licensee will immediately cease use of the DigBath250 trial dataset;
destroy and delete the original and all full or partial copies
of the DigBath250 trial dataset from your computer systems, including
portions merged into other programs; and confirm to BGS that this
has been undertaken.
