On behalf of the International Organising Committee, the British Geological Survey (BGS) and University of Nottingham invite everyone to discuss and exchange new and emerging scientific breakthroughs in chemical bioavailability at the 7th International Workshop on Chemical Bioavailability in the Terrestrial Environment (IWCB).

This series is emerging as a premier event for highlighting cutting-edge research in chemical bioavailability in the environment. We hope that the workshop will provide the opportunity for delegates to exchange knowledge and experience, and to further develop a common view on contaminant bioavailability.

Why attend?

  • hear from and network with some of the leading figures in the field
  • to be informed of and inspired by the latest developments
  • visit the exhibition to discover new products and services to enhance your research

The venue

The British Geological Survey's De la Beche Conference Suite is a contemporary venue seating up to 150 delegates. The Exhibition Space, Library and Reception are immediately adjacent to the lecture theatre and these spaces will be used for exhibition, posters and catering. It is an out-of-town venue with ample parking. For delegates who will be staying in Nottingham city centre, the organisers will arrange collection and drop-off by bus.
