The BGS is pleased to be co-organiser and host of the 2nd INCISE Symposium. This symposium will combine traditional conference-style oral and poster presentations with a set of break-out working-group discussions.


Global Mineral Statistics Centenary Symposium
Our programme will include presentations by Dr Peter Buchholz (Head of DERA, the German Federal Mineral Resources Agency), Dr David Humphreys, an independent mineral economics consultant based in London, and Andrew Bloodworth, BGS’s Director of Science for Minerals and Waste.

The meeting about the Nitrogen cycle and the Anthropocene will be a one day event, to be held at the British Geological Survey in Keyworth.
