The site shows that rocks and minerals are critical in forming the landscape, varied ecology and rich cultural heritage of the area, it includes a 3 dimensional model that will allow you to ‘fly’ across the landscape and find out more about the links between scenery, geology, biodiversity, industry, settlement and minerals extraction.
