The State guarantees:

• The right to occupy and use all necessary lands for exploration, prospecting and exploitation works in accordance with the conditions that are stipulated in the Mining Code.
• The occupying and using of the said lands will not lead to any payment of fees, duties, royalties or other rights that are not been clearly stated above.
• The possibility to move and relocate, upon request of holders of mining rights, the populations whose presence would hinder the works. The holders of mining rights must take part to the expenses of the movement and relocation of these populations.
• The maintaining of the granted tax , economic, customs and fi nancial benefi ts.
• An equal treatment of persons regularly employed by the holders of mining rights.
