• the problems of mobilization of funds to finance the activities (the small-scale mines not being included in the norms of intervention of the classic partnerships for development of the country)
• the difficulty of mobilization of the small scale miners outside other activities of diversification and increase of incomes (market gardening, aviculture, apiculture, other animal production sectors)
• lack of a follow-up system approximating to the land-based activities (loss of the performance in aviculture is about 70%)
• the non appropriation of activities to the level of certain beneficiaries (questions of counterparts; questions of ownerships of the activities: individual / collective)
