| Lithological Description: |
Sand, sandy gravel and gravel, locally clayey. Gravel is predominantly subangular flint with subordinate debris of chert, polished quartz grain and larger fragments of pebbly ferruginous sandstones derived from Lower Cretaceous sequences to the north. |
