Definition of Upper Boundary: The top of the uppermost bed of the described conglomerate within the Gourdon Sandstone Formation.
Thickness: Up to at least 100 m thick.
Geographical Limits: Stonehaven to Inverbervie area.
Parent Unit: Gourdon Sandstone Formation (GNF)
