| Lithological Description: |

Suite of glacial, glaciofluvial and glaciocustrine deposits that contain clasts derived predominantly from Strathmore (red sandstone and mudstone, conglomerate and andesite), including sandy diamictons (till), sand, gravel, silt and clay. Deposited from ice that radiated from the Western Grampian mountains northeastwards through Strathmore to the coast.
