Lithological Description: [Obsolete] Suite of glacial, glaciofluvial and glaciocustrine deposits that contain clasts derived predominantly from Strathmore (red sandstone and mudstone, conglomerate and andesite), including sandy diamictons (till), sand, gravel, silt and clay. Deposited from ice that radiated from the Western Grampian mountains northeastwards through Strathmore to the coast. Provisional term listed in McMillan et al. (2005) not required in the present framework.
Definition of Lower Boundary: Sharp, unconformable contact with bedrock.
Definition of Upper Boundary: Unconformable contact with units of the Mearns Glacigenic Subgroup.
Thickness: Currently unknown.
