Lithological Description: Stiff, pale yellowish brown to pale grey, stoney, sandy silty clay diamicton containing subangular to subrounded clasts of greywacke sandstone and siltstone, and other rocks cropping out in the Southern Uplands.
Definition of Lower Boundary: Unconformable on bedrock or older Quaternary deposits.
Definition of Upper Boundary: At the land surface or conformable with younger Quaternary deposits.
Thickness: Less than 15m
Geographical Limits: Southern Uplands of Scotland.
Parent Unit: Southern Uplands Glacigenic Subgroup (SUDR)
