Definition of Upper Boundary: First appearance of regionally transgressive semipelites of the overlying Lochaber Subgroup (Appin Group).
Thickness: To 2km
Geographical Limits: Glen Spean, Lochaber and the Central Grampian Highlands of Scotland.
