Definition of Upper Boundary: Base of lowest bed of conglomerate in the overlying Hareshaw Conglomerate.
Thickness: 95m
Geographical Limits: Lower Palaeozoic Inlier of the Hagshaw Hills, Scotland (50k sheets 23W, 23E and 15W).
