Lithological Description: A terrace deposit of the Sudbury Formation in the Valley of the Upper Thames upstream of Oxford. Introduced by Whiteman and Rose (1992) to include higher parts of the Wilcote Member of Hey (1986). It possibly corresponds with the Beaconsfield Member downstream (Bridgland, 1994; Sumbler, 1995).
