Lithological Description: Glaciofluvial ice contact deposits consist of stratified sand and gravel and interbedded diamicton deposited by meltwater and ice under (subglacial), within (englacial), and at the margins of, glaciers. Sand and gravel, locally with lenses of silt, clay and organic material. Moundy topography is characteristic, but flat-topped mounds are common.
