Definition of Lower Boundary: | (Contact between this formation and the Brownber Formation is exposed at NY 6103 0923 and NY 6125 0925, but the former is only c.25m thick there). | ||
Definition of Upper Boundary: | Cannot be defined precisely. | ||
Thickness: | Approx. 150 metres. Thinning rapidly westwards to c.75 metres north of Newbiggin on Lune and c.25 metres near Howe Nook, Orton. | ||
