Definition of Upper Boundary: Overlain by volcaniclastic sandstones, breccias of the Yoke House Formation, and locally by Nod Glas Formation.
Thickness: 200-250m
Geographical Limits: Pwllheli area, northwest Wales.
Parent Unit: Carneddol Rhyolitic Tuff Formation (CRTU)
