Eastern edge surveyed on the six-inch scale by A. Whittaker and B.J. Williams in 1966-7.Surveyed at the 1:10 000 scale by K. Ambrose, W.J. Barclay, A.J.M. Barron, A. Brandon, A.A. Jackson, B.S.P.
