Resurveyed at 1:10 560 scale (northern margin) by E.G. Smith, P.McL.D. Duff, G.H. Rhys and R.A. Eden in 1952-60 and the remainder by D.V. Frost, J.G.O. Smart and N. Aitkenhead in 1960-66. Published at 1:50 000 scale in 1972. Rapid resurvey at 1:10 000 scale with emphasis on Artificially Modified Ground by K. Ambrose, J.N. Carney, J.I. Chisholm, E. Hough, L. Hughes, P J Strange, C.N.
