Definition Generally light coloured fine-grained, aphanitic (>75% crystals <0.25mm) normal crystalline rock; quartz <60% or feldspathoids <10% QAPF, remainder dominantly feldspar.Contains undefined phenocrysts, larger crystals in finer matrix.
