Definition Sediment with components >50% magnesium carbonate, >50% of magnesium carbonate is dolomite. Ooids dominant allochem, <2mm coated grains with smooth regular laminae, usually spherical/ellipsoidal no obvious biogenic structures. Component size undefined.
