Definition Siliciclastic sedimentary rock grains >50% or predominantly sand-grade, 0.032 to 2mm. Argillaceous particles <0.032mm from pre-existing siliciclastic rocks & carbonaceous material, plants. Carbonaceous<argillaceous & both 5-20%.
