It is known that some users have experienced incorrect thumbnail icons being displayed if the PDF file is displayed within their web browser. If you experience any problems displaying the page navigation thumbnails correctly, then try saving the PDF file to disk and then open the newly saved file with Adobe Reader directly.

These reports are released for download here in .pdf format and should be read using appropriate software, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is freely available and can be downloaded from Adobe's web site.
To download a copy of one of the reports, click the appropriate link above. If Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your PC, the report will be displayed in your browser. Otherwise, the File Download dialogue box will appear. In which case, click the "Save to Disk" (or equivalent) button and click OK. You should then choose a location in which to save the file.
Please note that PDF documents should be printed on a postscript printer.
