Computer Code: NIT Preferred Map Code: symb
Status Code: Full
Age range: Late Pleistocene (QPL) — Late Pleistocene (QPL)
Lithological Description: Predominantly cold phase sands and gravels that underlie the Avon Third Terrace of Tomlinson (1925) and of BGS maps. Dominated by clasts of "Bunter" quartz/quartzite lihtologies with subordinate flint.
